I sent a pleading letter asking them to just look at my file. I respectfully asked them as a mother to just look into the matter for my kids sake. I never even got the courtesy of a reply. (I just found out about it on local TV in Philadelphia) After living in Atlanta for 35 years, I still do all my banking with SunTrust. Not anymore. I can't believe the arrogance. Customer service does start at the top and from what I can tell, this was a piss poor attempt at shove the sh&t under the rug. Sounds like a good discussion topic for my MBA students.GT MBAnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6418466680870149533.post-1245627978942348092010-03-13T20:23:36.990-05:002010-03-13T20:23:36.990-05:00There is Fraud going on somewhere, don't know ...There is Fraud going on somewhere, don't know if it's builder or inspector or Collusion of both. Need many, many more pictures of what was completed and what was not in relation to the amount of money to still be disbursed. Also, we have no knowledge of what cost overuns there were due to owner mandated upgrades. And, we have not heard from the builder or the bank. There are always two or more stories to any event.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6418466680870149533.post-81510638682916549202010-02-17T16:45:19.953-05:002010-02-17T16:45:19.953-05:00Why would the bank pay the builder for something t...Why would the bank pay the builder for something that was not there?
